Nilesh Parmar
Nilesh began his career in London with Morgan Stanley in 2001 in the trade support team, covering cash equities settlements. In 2005, Nilesh joined ING Bank as a SWAPs Trader, covering a wide range of markets from Europe to the Americas.
After a proven track record in the Delta 1 space with ING, Nilesh was head hunted by Bank of America Merrill Lynch to join the Global Markets Securities & Financing department and quickly rose through the ranks to become the senior trader and Director on the Equities Delta 1 desk generating USD 100mm a year on average.
In September 2011, Nilesh left London to set up his own financial services firm 3 Capital, via a regulated investment manager in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Following the successful setup of 3 Capital he expanded the business, into a conglomerate of global companies including an F&B operation, a sports team and a detox drink.
In addition to being a Director and trader, Nilesh brings a wealth of business acumen and board level experience to the team.
Emmanuel Talabi
Emmanuel joined Nomura International Plc in 2005 in the product control team within Finance. He was responsible for the reporting of the PnL and Balance sheet of the Structured Equity Group and Stock Loan desk.
Emmanuel’s attention to detail and great understanding of the business, meant he was offered the opportunity to join the equity derivatives trading desk in 2006 within the Structured Equity Group. He went on to generate the highest revenue per desk employees within the bank for 3 consecutive years.
In 2009, Emmanuel joined a hedge fund based in Gibraltar called Kingham Capital (which was part of Aurium Capital Markets), where he was the senior trader and managed a number of delta 1 strategies across a wide range of markets in Asia, Europe and North America.
Emmanuel joined Winchester Capital Limited in 2013 where he implemented numerous trading strategies before leaving for Auriga Capital Limited.
